We very carefully pack all fixtures we ship. However, damage can occur, should you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. Be sure to save all the packing material. The shipping company may need to inspect the packing before an insurance claim can be made.
We offer a full refund of the amount paid for an item purchased on line. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. A refund will be issued only after the item is returned to us in the same condition it was in when shipped. We recommend that all items being retuned be shipped in the original shipping material, and be fully insured. We are unable to issue refunds on items that are damaged in return shipping.
