Rush Fee Schedule

We understand that sometimes you need a fixture or repair sooner than our standard turnaround time. We offer a tiered rush system that lets you choose the level of priority you need.

Rush fees are based on a percentage of the fixture price or the cost of repair, with a minimum fee of $25. Rush fees are non-refundable, unless we do not meet the priority level we promised.

Rush availability depends on our current workload, if we can’t take a rush job, we’ll let you know right away.

Rush Tiers

Standard Rush — 15% for 2 Weeks (Usually only applies to repairs. Fixtures purchased here are ready in 2 weeks unless bought in large quantities)

Priority Rush — 30% for 1 Week

Emergency Rush — 45% for 1-2 Days
